How does it work?
Making lasting changes can take time, but you don't want it to take forever. I work with individuals that are seeking any kind of change in their lives and I assist in getting to the heart of the matter sooner, rather than later. While our evolution is always in progress, we will develop a blueprint of what is most important to you from the current snapshot of your life. Then we will work to build the tools and skills needed for your continued evolution long after our time together is complete.

The Written Coach
Through what I call The Written Coach, I offer coaching to individuals who prefer written communication as opposed to verbal.
If you are more comfortable expressing your feelings, beliefs, goals and ambitions through texts, emails or old fashioned pen and paper correspondences and process information better through reading and writing, then The Written Coach may be for you.

Through back and forth exchanges we will get a picture of what you are envisioning for yourself and create steps to make those visions a reality (even if it’s to be able to speak publicly more!).
​While written communication can be a bit slower than verbal communication, it is also very often a way to more quickly get to the heart of the matter allowing for very efficient communication and coaching. Many clients have had tremendous success through text coaching.
